Didsbury Toc H U13s welcomed Knutsford Rugby Club U13s to a Training match ahead of our first Blackstick Blue Lancashire Cup game at home to Southport on 18-Oct. The match highlighted good skills and commitment from both sides, with 9 tries scored, only the one conversion though! The lads may need to follow Jonny's example and get in a few hours kicking practice before breakfast!

Thanks to Knutsford for sharing their numbers, not easy to turn up at the away ground and turn out for the home side, but those few that did put in a great performance, some hard running and tackles from our 'guest' players.

The quarters and training structure gave us the opportunity to work through positioning and decision making, but for the main part the lads made some really good calls in open play. Plenty to work on in the season ahead but a great start and the sun shone, that won't last. Thanks for the good turnout and we look forward to training next Saturday.
