Didsbury Topple Vale of Lune

The team went out expecting a tough match having lost previously by 70 points.

The game started fantastically with TocH putting on the pressure from the start, Angus at Fly half tackling everything that came near him, and penetrated magnificently. This lead to a try in the first 10 minutes for Lee.
After a couple more fantastic attacks which nearly resulted in tries one with Zeke and Abubaker linking up and a second where Lee nearly released Kadeem for a try, Talha ran in an excellent interception try which was converted by Lee.
The game continued at the same pace Vale scoring a converted try before Angus ran in a well deserved try again converted by Lee.
Vale closed the half off leading to a half time score of 19-14.

The second half started off much like the first, Kadeem Josh and Mustaffa and Fenton leading the forwards with many penetrating runs and then feeding out to the backs. But Vale were first to score.

This was quickly turned around by great attacking and support play leading to 2 more converted tries for Lee.

The Men of the match were our flying flankers Andy and Josh who were everywhere, attacking and tackling everything that came round the scrum.
