A tough hard fought game deservedly won by TocH

A great day at WHGS who leant us a pitch. Due to holidays and absences the 12 man under 16's were gratefully supported supported by the under 15's.

The strong TocH pack started immediately showing their advantage creating the room for Angus to score the first try early in the game. Converted by Captain Fenton.
Some excellent driving play by JC, Ali, Kadeem, Ben and Sully, backed up by some excellent running balls from Fenton Joseph, and Tom, created opportunities for Joe who played excellently at number 9 to spin the ball out allowing Paul Josh Dan Josh Lee to run wide balls.
After many repeated attacks Angus (who had an excellent game)ran in an stunning second try.
The match started to get agressive and TocH gave away 10 penalties on the run turning the tide of the game towards Dukinfield who scored a try around half time.
The second half started excellently a very close match with plenty of open play and Toch nearly scored twice with some excellent centre play by Man of Match Paul who twice got bought down feet from the line.
Some excellent attacking play by the forwards saw Kadeem have one try disallowed as it had been held up before he scored the match winning try, converted by Fenton.

Thanks to Dobbo, Joe, Joseph, Luke, Peter and Josh who stepped in after having played a very tough game against Manchester.
Excellent Game lads lets all get ready for next weekend.
Mr H
